WHERE DO YOURÂ DONATIONS GO?
We want to ensure that the donations we receive are used to their full potential. As we did last year, the collected donations will provide scholarships to graduating students of Mount Baker Secondary School. The primary criteria for these scholarships are academic excellence and community involvement. We hope to spread compassion within Cranbrook not only through our services, but by supporting compassionate youth through your donations.
PROGRESS
What We've Done So Far!
2019
Compassion Services is committed to investing our time and effort in order to further achieve our cause. Throughout the summer of 2019, we received over $3000 from our generous donors. With this money, we partnered with our church, Fresh Church, to provide clean water to a village in Nepal!
2020
Compassion Services made a big leap in 2020, receiving over $11,000 in donations! With this money, we were excited to provide two $5,000 scholarships to graduating Mount Baker Secondary School students (with the leftovers stored for future contributions). The two compassionate and ambitious winners were announced at the MBSS award's ceremony in June: Gi Gi Chen Lin and Mia Miles.
2021
We were so satisfied with our scholarships in 2020 that we decided to send some more out! In 2021, Compassion Services provided $4,500 scholarships to two graduating members of Mount Baker Secondary School: Montanna Rousselle and Jackson MacDonald. Congratulations!

ABOUT
We are compassion services, a group of young adults located in Cranbrook, B.C. Our goal
is to spread compassion by providing a helping hand in the community for charitable
donations. Through employing our various skills and talents, we provide service in many
different areas such as, landscaping, painting, and tutoring. We believe that the work we
do has a positive impact on the people that we help as well as those affected by their
donations.
